Division Chief Growth Officer

Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives, including managed care programs, service line development, collaborative arrangements with other healthcare systems, physician groups and payers, joint ventures and new businesses to improve and expand healthcare services provided by the divisions
Develop mutually beneficial strategies for physician partnerships/affiliation and implement the functional and organizational relationships between the health system and its affiliated physician organizations in West Florida division. Works in conjunction with the Physician Services Group to ensure alignment with division strategic plans
Formulate and facilitate the strategic planning process and oversee its execution
Establish strategic goals for the organization working in partnership with the division executive team
Evaluate strategic initiatives and provide feedback to the executive team as to their alignment with the overall strategy
Identify new business opportunities that are consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the organization
Maintain awareness of the current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace and ensures that the entity has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives

Required

MBA, MHA or related master's degree Required
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business growth leadership roles (business development, private equity, or similar). Required
Experience with coordinating and integrating strategic planning and business development
Proven success in: Service Line Portfolio Performance Metrics, Market share stabilization/growth, Net revenue & volume growth, and Physician Retention and Loyalty rates
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a functional and strategic level
Marketing and service programs development and deployment
