Timezone And Global Critical Business Application Support
Fronius USA is seeking a Time Zone and Global Critical Business Application Support professional who possesses specialized knowledge of Fronius International networks and internal ITE procedures. The role involves coordinating network demands, monitoring mission-critical systems, providing training, and ensuring compliance with international standards for Fronius subsidiaries in the Northern and Latin America region.

Responsibilities
Monitoring globally used mission-critical internal information and technology systems ("ITE") services including Critical Business Applications such as ERP, CPM, and CRM after the handing over by ITE EMEA, during the normal working hours in the NLA region and then hand over to ITE time Zone APA ensuring the follow-the-sun principle
Actively adjusting occurred faults reported to the ITE from monitoring systems
Providing training for national ITE staff and serving as the first contact for the national ITE staff in the subsidiaries located within the time zone
Coordinating between ITE staff in the subsidiary and the support units of the ITE department in Austria
Ensuring compliance and cooperation in the development of the ITE's pre-defined international standards and guidelines
Supporting national ITE staff with suppliers and / or consulting activities during the implementation of hardware and software
Using and entering mandatory support tasks due to job performance into the IT Service Management Tool
Analyzing and correcting faults and problems, as well as implementing software and hardware for time zone activities
Participating in IT projects in the time zone in coordination with ITE Management, the respective representative of the region and I or national Management
Assisting in the creation of the IT infrastructure during Fronius subsidiary foundation projects
Providing on-site support with and participating in national ITE audits in Fronius subsidiaries
Creating and updating all operating manuals, instructions, checklists as well as SharePoint
Acting as the local ITE point of contact in case of absence
Identifying time zone- and region-specific information and communication technology trends, as well as communicating them to ITE Service Design & Transition at Fronius International
Supporting national Management and the local ITE staff during budget preparation for IT related topics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Three (3) years of experience in a computer-related occupation
Minimum of three (3) years of software and hardware implementation and network infrastructure setup and maintenance
Two (2) years of experience with Baan Management Console
Two (2) years of experience with Audiocodes SBC and SBA
Two (2) years of experience with Cisco AnyConnect
Two (2) years of experience with CrowdStrike Portal
Two (2) years of experience with FileNet Portal
Two (2) years of experience with KABA Time Clock
Two (2) years of experience with Oracle Cloud Control
Two (2) years of experience with SentryOne Portal
Two (2) years of experience with ServiceNow Portal
Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Teams and Skype Administration
Two (2) years of experience with Tax System Synchro
Two (2) years of experience with Workspace ONE
15% international travel
