Office Assistant/Courier
YoungWilliams is seeking an Office Assistant & Mail Courier to provide administrative support and ensure timely mail handling. The role involves general office duties, maintaining supplies, scheduling, and delivering mail and documents.

Responsibilities
Performs general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Greets visitors and assists staff with administrative needs
Maintains office supplies inventory; restocks and places orders as needed
Prepares documents, forms, and correspondence as assigned
Assists with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
Maintains organized electronic and physical records in compliance with agency policies
Supports the Program Manager as needed
Picks up, sorts, and delivers incoming mail, packages, and interoffice documents
Prepares outgoing mail, including certified, priority, and specialized deliveries
Coordinates with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers for pickups and shipments
Documents courier routes, deliveries, and receipt confirmations as required
Handles sensitive or confidential documents with discretion and security
Ensures timely delivery of documents to courts, partner agencies, and other locations (if applicable)
Regular and timely attendance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for courier duties)
Professional experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Preferred
Prior experience in office administration, mailroom operations, or courier work preferred
Knowledge of filing systems, document handling, and record-keeping best practices preferred
Familiarity with government or legal environments preferred
