Portfolio Administrator

Gradient Financial Group is a leading financial services company seeking an energetic crew member for the Portfolio Administrator role with Gradient Investments. The position involves maintaining and improving analytical tools, managing customer relationships, and assisting Portfolio Managers with various projects.

Responsibilities

Update, maintain, and improve existing analytical tools and processes
Work effectively in a team environment
Work with the trade team internally and at the custodial level across multiple systems; Schwab, Orion, etc
Prepare daily trade report for new money & securities received in client accounts
Fee billing and performance reporting across 10,000+ accounts on a quarterly and ad hoc basis
Assist the Portfolio Managers with projects as needed; PPT, charts, graphs, etc
Manage internal and external customer relationships; partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
Assist with cross-training for growth of team members
Be a resource to team members to answer questions on client correspondence, processes, procedures and all other as necessary
Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquiries
All other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of financial services and/or investment industry
Basic knowledge of investment products and account types
Proficient skill in collecting, analyzing, and organizing complex data
Proficient skill in organization, completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
Proficient skill in Excel
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient ability to consider multiple perspectives, including, but not limited to, those of Financial Service Professionals and other Gradient Companies
