Draft oil and gas title opinions, including acquisition, drilling, and division order opinions
Provide counsel on acquisitions, leasing, permitting, and regulatory matters
Assist with due diligence for transactions involving oil and gas assets
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service
Navigate complex mineral and leasehold ownership issues across private, state, federal, and tribal lands
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
1-10 years of transactional legal experience in the oil and gas sector
Significant experience drafting oil and gas title opinions
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior landman experience
Familiarity with state and federal drilling regulations
Experience advising exploration and production companies on acquisitions and operational matters
