Responsibilities
Review resumes from vendors and shortlist those that meet the requirements of the job description
Work with Lead Recruiting Specialists to determine best sourcing direction for contractor position
Sends necessary communications to business, vendor and contractor with onboarding and offboarding details
Communicate with vendors to provide updates and information about the recruitment process
Continuously builds and strengthens relationships with stakeholders by holding intake calls when necessary
Maintains accurate distribution lists and assists in preparing communications to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Basic understanding of contingent workforce solutions and/or recruiting
Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of CWM's procedure and systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level executives
Excellent organization and planning skills
Preferred
Intermediate VMS application skills
Experience working with SAP Fieldglass
Experience working in a professional services Talent Acquisition environment
