Responsibilities

Partner with departmental and divisional leadership to manage and oversee assigned projects, including: Performance improvement initiatives across divisions
Planning and execution of divisional physical moves, including workflow reorganization and operational enhancements
Strategic and ad hoc projects aimed at streamlining administrative processes (e.g., DOM Wellness Committee)
Collaborate with finance, clinical operations, and human resources teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Support divisional HR activities such as reappointments, position requests, and employee-related work queues
Organize, attend, and actively participate in project-related meetings to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Prepare presentation materials and coordinate with subject matter experts to support project goals
Maintain project documentation in shared platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) with access for key stakeholders
Recommend best practices and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed
Participate in Divisional and Core Administrative Meetings, Business Improvement Planning (BIP), and strategy sessions to support process optimization
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of three years of related experience
Strong skills in project management, data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data visualization and trending
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with sound judgment and minimal supervision
Proven ability to interact effectively with faculty and staff at all levels

Preferred

Master's degree in a healthcare-related field (may substitute for experience)
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Familiarity with risk management, time management, and related project management competencies
