Responsibilities
Reconcile credit card payments from the reservation system to the ERP system
Reconcile bank transactions to the reservation system
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain accurate financial documentation of reconciliations
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Fluent English (oral and written skills)
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficient computer, technical and troubleshooting skills
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Match, PivotTables, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
