Responsibilities
Ensure development tracking tools are being used correctly and are accurate and up to date to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
Establish and manage quarterly budgets and charge codes in ASI's ERP system (SAP)
Manage the organization and structure of Jira and ensure it's accurate
Ensure that all work package definition meets minimum requirements
Facilitate ASIM External Sprint Review meetings (notes, action items, scheduling)
Consolidate content provided by development teams into a single sprint review artifact
Facilitate and run Release Status/Alignment Meeting
Work with development teams on their quarterly budgets
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related field required
Proficiency in the administration of JIRA required
Ability to communicate effectively to engineers and management
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
