Performing research on individuals via social media and various online databases to inform various types of investigations (e.g. insurance claim fraud, background checks, etc.)
Documenting findings and drafting summary reports
Updating and managing information in Ethos' client database
Partnering with colleagues and clients to resolve and guide ongoing investigations
