Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator
Velia Multi Services is seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to support the procure-to-pay process for materials and services. This role is essential for maintaining material flow and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities
Create and manage ERP system requisitions and receipts
Assist in sourcing and contracting processes
Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery requirements
Track open orders and monitor supplier performance
Ensure timely delivery of materials for projects
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
Review and resolve invoice holds related to purchase orders
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and vendors to clear discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues
Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Excel
Smartsheet
ERP systems (Oracle Cloud)
Microsoft Power Apps
Preferred
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Oil and gas experience is preferred but not mandatory
