Mid-Senior Level Architect
Pond & Company is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm providing professional solutions to clients throughout the U.S. The ideal candidate for the Mid-Senior Level Architect position will prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents, while mentoring junior-level engineering professionals and supporting proposal efforts.

Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs
Prepare scale drawings and contract documents
Follow project design guides and templates
Research materials and assemble details
Mentor junior-level engineering professionals
Support proposal efforts
Qualification
Required
BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
5+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Preferred
Registered Architect license is a plus
