Responsibilities
Organize, coordinate, and track multiple development disciplines to ensure milestones are met
Collaborate with creative and technical leads to optimize development workflows and increase predictability
Create and maintain prioritized project schedules, ensuring tasking is clear across all teams
Proactively identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks
Partner with Senior and Executive Producers to communicate project status and deliver a high-rated game on budget
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience working directly within internal game development teams (specifically narrative, VO and Localization)
Strong proficiency with JIRA, Excel, MSProject, or equivalent project management tools
Experience working on large, AAA titles and within distributed or remote development environments
Deep understanding of various game production methodologies and their applications
Must be available to work onsite in Orange County, CA 2x a week
Preferred
Experience with in-game Cinematics processes and a history of shipped titles
