Responsibilities
Research, design, development and process in support of existing or new products
React and implement changes quickly to meet customer requirements
Apply various mechanical engineering principles to product applications
Process customer and in-house engineering change requests
Use CAD programs to develop concepts and designs
Assemble and evaluate performance of prototype hardware
Assist with reliability test programs
Be instrumental in cost avoidance and cost reduction activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering and 2 or more year's related experience and /or training
2 to 5 years related industry product and design engineering experience
Experience working with NX or other 3D modeling systems
Preferred
Lean manufacturing experience (is a plus)
