Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
Assist sales team with selling services over the phone

Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM

Qualification
Required
High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in telephone customer interactions
