Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

10+ years in application development and software engineering

Expertise in progressive web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), cloud-native architectures (iOS, Android), and software development methodologies

Strong client focus and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to strategic goals

Proficient in API integration and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience in enterprise platform evaluation, selection, and negotiation

Skilled in digital service delivery and balancing operational support with project timelines

Knowledge of IT governance, business case development, and risk management

Expert in systems analysis and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)

Familiarity with forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning for IT strategy
