Responsibilities

Endpoint Management: Oversee endpoint devices' deployment, configuration, and management. Ensure security, updates, and compliance with company policies

Systems Administration: Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments; perform updates, backups, and troubleshooting for optimal performance

Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor performance and security, resolve issues

Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies; conduct assessments and audits to mitigate risks

Team Leadership: Mentor IT staff, support professional growth, and collaborate with other departments for IT solutions

Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and objectives met; coordinate with vendors and providers

End User Support: Point of escalation for Tier III and above support issues
