Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the preparation of engineering deliverables for complex substation projects
Design and analyze electrical one-line diagrams, protection and control systems, relay panels, and grounding systems
Perform protective device coordination, short circuit, arc flash, and harmonic analysis using advanced modeling tools
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient project execution
Support SCADA system integration, substation protection upgrades, and system reliability improvements
Conduct field investigations and participate in quality control reviews to validate designs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Strong knowledge of SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower, and expertise in relay programming and protection system analysis
Familiarity with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills; capable of collaborating across disciplines
Authorized to work permanently in the U.S

Preferred

3–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical power system design, preferably in the energy or utilities sector
3.0+ GPA preferred
EIT or PE license preferred
