They are seeking a Robotic Process Automation Intern to identify opportunities for automating workflows, collaborate with IT and operations teams, and support the digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and documenting processes suitable for automation within the manufacturing facility
Support the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions
Collaborate with business units and IT integrate automation tools with existing systems
Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows
Document automation procedures and provide training/support to end users
Participate in lean initiatives and process improvement projects
Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders
Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of automation concepts and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate)
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, AL/ML, or a related field
Preferred
Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus but not required
Coursework or experience in data analysis, statistics, and visualization preferred
