Responsibilities
Assist Tool & Die Makers with mold/tool preparation and teardown
Perform basic polishing, cleaning, and assembly of mold parts
Organize and maintain tooling inventory and storage areas
Retrieve and return tools as requested by machinists or production staff
Perform minor maintenance on machines (cleaning, oiling)
Label, package, and track tool components for repair or replacement
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols when working with production tooling
Wear proper PPE and follow safety policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Dependable and punctual
Follows instructions and safety procedures
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Team-oriented and cooperative
Preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude or shop experience preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in tool/die or machining work
