Responsibilities
Manage the planning and implementation of software solutions tailored to the needs of project teams ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and requirements
Collaborate with project teams (engineering, project controls, procurement, contracts, etc.) and MIS stakeholders to identify solution requirements, establish system architecture, and develop business intelligence (BI) views to facilitate project execution
Responsible for managing the scoping, development, and execution of all software development, data warehousing, data architecture design, data engineering, and BI development required to support project needs
Manage the implementation of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of deployed solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of software solutions, data management, and BI reporting practices in project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline and eight (8) years of experience in related field with a focus on engineering or EPC projects; OR
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline and six (6) years of experience in related field with a focus on engineering or EPC projects
Domestic and International travel up to 15%

Preferred
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data architecture, data engineering, and BI development principles and best practices
Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, including but not limited to SQL, Python, ETL tools, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience in project management and EPC project delivery, including development, planning, and project execution
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges and opportunities
Knowledge of engineering and procurement processes and workflows
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to plan, coordinate and organize at an advanced level
Knowledge of project planning and controls with an understanding of multi-discipline interdependencies
Knowledge of drawing production and document control methodologies
A high degree of understanding of cross-functional project team interactions (engineering, procurement, contracting, construction, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to lead, train, and motivate others
Ability to handle complex problem-solving tasks
