Astrana Health is seeking a detail-oriented Consolidation and Reporting Manager to support the organization’s financial consolidation and reporting processes. This role will manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results while collaborating with various internal departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the entire consolidation process of multiple entities, ensuring intercompany transactions are appropriately eliminated

Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated internal and external financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines

Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, meeting all financial reporting deadlines

Assist with internal and external auditor requests

Collaborate with various internal departments to collect, analyze, and report information necessary for internal and external financial reports

Drive close acceleration, process improvements, and control enhancements

Provide clear variance analytics and other schedules required for reporting and management review

Maintain and organize financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of financial information

Manage and mentor accounting staff while creating and promoting a supportive work environment

Uphold compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations

Assist management with ad-hoc procedures and special projects as needed
