Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing interior design projects
Including space planning
Creating construction drawings
Selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings
Collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design proposals align with project requirements and vision
Managing project timelines
Vendor coordination
Preparing presentations to communicate design concepts effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Space Planning and knowledge of Interior Design principles
Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
Knowledge in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
