Responsibilities

Design, build, and support Workato recipes integrating Reltio with upstream and downstream systems

Implement API-based integrations (REST, webhooks, event-driven flows) on GCP

Leverage GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Secret Manager to support integration workflows

Handle authentication, error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring for integrations

Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions

Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues across environments

Support deployment and promotion of integration assets across dev, test, and prod environments

Coordinate with Reltio teams while not owning match & merge, survivorship rules, or crosswalk configuration

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Workato (recipes, connectors, orchestration, error handling)

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and secure integration patterns

Experience with cloud-based integration architectures

Ability to work independently and deliver integrations end-to-end

Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams
