Refer.IO is seeking a Principal AI Strategy Consultant to partner with growth-stage B2B companies and lead their comprehensive AI transformation. This strategic role focuses on establishing long-term partnerships, guiding companies through AI adoption, and delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Leading strategic engagements with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies attending our roundtables, conducting in-depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities

Proactively identifying and initiating contact with C-suite leaders in our target market (25-500 employees) to secure participation in our executive roundtables

Architecting and closing complex, high-value engagements ($50,000-$200,000+ annually)

Driving a holistic offering that includes AI culture change and cross-training across the organization. This includes working with leadership teams, project managers, and frontline employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating impact through pulse survey tracking of team improvement

Acting as a long-term strategic partner to clients, ensuring their continued success and uncovering expansion opportunities
