Mid, Senior Level4Liberty, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive critical infrastructure projects with regulatory oversight. The Project Manager will manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals are met while leading teams through various project phases.

Responsibilities
Leads project teams in siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, right- of-way acquisition, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, construction management, and closeout
Reviews blueprints and plans and provides relevant markups or approval
Prepares and negotiates contract terms and/or modifications and recommends approvals
Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables
Develops detailed project plans, monitors project milestones, and generates status reports
Evaluates and manages risk; incorporates quality measures and standards into project deliverables
Manages several project workstreams
Directs project progress and establishes administrative guidance on project execution
Monitors project budgets and develops monthly variance reports
Qualifies and quantifies project issues and risks and develops response plans to resolve
Understands current and future business goals and ongoing concerns
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidate must currently reside in the San Diego County region or must be willing to relocate within sixty (60) days of hire
Experience in managing critical infrastructure projects with regulatory oversight
Ability to drive projects from inception through completion
Experience in transmission and distribution line capital and corrective maintenance program initiatives
Ability to serve as a liaison to service providers, multiple contractors, and internal IT teams
Experience in meeting project safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units
Experience in supporting work execution, problem solving, planning, and process improvement
Ability to lead and facilitate teams through issues
Experience in office and field deliverable activities, including onsite meetings at high voltage electrical substations, test facilities, and corporate campuses
Commitment to safety
