Responsibilities
Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months - 8 years, using our expert curriculum on-site in local parks, facilities, daycare centers, and schools
Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO
Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
Help recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate coaches, plus assist with event planning
Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids
Qualification
Required
Energetic and responsible individuals passionate about working with children
Great communicators who can engage kids, parents, and teammates
Reliable and adaptable with access to transportation around Camden County
Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
