Account Manager

Hallandale Pharmacy is a trusted, community-focused 503A compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned VIP client accounts, ensuring continued business and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains strong relationships with assigned physician offices to ensure continued business
Serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Monitors client accounts and ensures the timely reordering of medications
Addresses and resolves order discrepancies, billing issues, and service concerns promptly
Provides product and service education to clients as needed
Identifies opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
Tracks and reports key account metrics, including order trends and client feedback
Collaborates with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to improve the overall client experience
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is a plus

Preferred

Experience working with physician offices or medical professionals is a plus
