Lead, Senior CSR, or supervisory experience required
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance customer-facing duties with team leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the Financial Industry is required
Experience in a financial institution is required
