Responsibilities
Provides leadership to Data Analysis team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system
Manages and coaches a team of Business Data Analysts; maintains and manages reporting platform ensuring reports developed and distributed on time
Develops reports as needed using many data sources; leads development and implementation of new the health systems, tools, and processes for different programs
Creates, implements, and manages processes to streamline project workflows
Develops and executes presentations to senior leadership
Ensures the organization and documentation of all data sets
Is accountable for data management process awareness and compliance of staff (data governance)
Works with technology teams to ensure the automation of all processes and deployment of new technologies
Monitors risk stratification as it relates to various care management programs
Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports (when applicable); establishes goals, expectations, and accountabilities for staff

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required
