Serving as the primary contact for transportation invoicing activities (rail, barge, and truck)
Ensuring timely and accurate invoice approval submissions for vendor payments
Supporting all weighmaster, logistics, and purchasing tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Communicating professionally and effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teammates to resolve logistical issues
Ensuring safety procedures are followed for scale house activities; and
Supporting continuous improvement of finance, logistics, and compliance processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years in accounting, purchasing, or finance
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Experience with Oracle EBS systems
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
