Responsibilities

Lead one of Greylock's most member-facing divisions, shaping the experiences of our branch, call center, and community business development teams

Guide the strategic direction and performance of Greylock's branches, contact center, ATM/ITM platforms, and member-facing technologies

Set the vision for deposit growth, member retention, and service excellence

Work closely with peers in Finance, Lending, Marketing, and Risk to ensure integrated strategies across the organization

Partner with ALCO on deposit strategies and pricing

Collaborate with Marketing to align product and business development efforts

Sustain and expand relationships through a strong business development mindset

Represent Greylock at community events, civic engagements, and industry forums
