Client Success Manager
ISS Market Intelligence is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage high-value accounts in their Enterprise segment. This role is essential for driving long-term customer success, requiring a consultative approach to understand client needs and facilitate collaboration internally across teams.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of top-tier accounts with complex needs and high strategic value
Serve as primary escalation point for client challenges, ensuring functional collaboration with Product and sales
Build and maintain direct relationships with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner
Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales specialists and Account Directors
Serve as a product expert – onboard clients, train new user teams, build ad hoc reporting and provide industry insight in line with business goals
Qualification
Required
2-5 years' experience in client success, account management preferably in finance
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills with a flexible style depending on audience
Energetic self-starter with the ability to influence others through data and strong story telling
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
