The Judge Group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy for multiple plants in Massachusetts. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that fuel sustainable growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic guidance to support company growth, profitability, and long-term objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year planning across all facilities
Oversee plant financial performance with deep focus on cost accounting, variance analysis, productivity metrics, and margin enhancement
Collaborate closely with plant managers and operations teams to implement cost controls, improve efficiencies, and maximize capital returns
Lead accurate inventory valuation, standard costing, and production cost analysis to drive data-informed decisions
Manage cash flow, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure planning
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
Oversee banking relationships, financing, and insurance programs
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance/accounting teams across multiple locations
Establish best-in-class processes, SOPs, and KPIs to foster accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Required

5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in organizations with 200+ employees
Direct experience in manufacturing (multi-plant oversight strongly preferred)

Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, operational metrics, and ERP systems

Preferred

MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
