Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for a large employee base
Review and reconcile payroll-related journal entries and general ledger accounts
Validate timesheets and calculate hours worked accurately
Administer payroll deductions, including garnishments and benefits
Prepare and submit quarterly reports to federal agencies
Support intercompany payroll transactions and related documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
