Zekiah Technologies is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition for federal government contracts. This role focuses on recruiting qualified candidates for cleared, technical, and professional services positions while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal hiring standards.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for government contract roles, including cleared, technical, and professional services positions
Partner with program managers and leadership to understand contract staffing requirements, labor categories, and timelines
Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, industry events, and social media
Screen candidates for technical qualifications, contract compliance, and security clearance eligibility
Verify and track security clearances (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) and clearance transferability
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support audits and compliance
Ensure hiring practices align with federal regulations, FAR/DFARS requirements, and company policies
Support rapid staffing for contract awards, recompetes, and surge requirements
Assist with offer preparation, contingent offers, background investigations, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain talent pipelines for anticipated contract awards and future growth
Represent Zekiah professionally to candidates, customers, and teaming partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of recruiting experience supporting government contracting or federal programs
Demonstrated experience recruiting cleared and/or contract-specific labor categories
Familiarity with federal contracting environments, including labor categories and contract staffing models
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements applicable to government contractors
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD or civilian agency contracts
Experience recruiting technical roles (Software development, cybersecurity, engineering, etc.)
HR or recruiting certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
