Workforce Software Developer
Salt River Project (SRP) is one of the largest public power and water utilities in the U.S. providing electricity to approximately one million customers in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Application Developer specializing in WorkForce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance configuration, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting WFS solutions to ensure seamless integration with HR and payroll systems.

Responsibilities
Configure WFS Time and Attendance modules, including pay rules and schedule configurations
Customize workflows and business rules to align with company policies and labor regulations
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for WFS users
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement enhancements
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data integrity
Develop and maintain integrations between WFS and HR/payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle)
Work with APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments
Create user guides, configuration workbooks, and technical documentation
Train HR, payroll, and operations teams on system functionality
Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation
Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications
Handle complex configuration issues and communicate roadblocks
Write complex formulas and perform unit/system testing
Gather and document customer business requirements
Facilitate client workshops and deliver projects on time and within budget
Provide project status updates and manage customer expectations
Mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience configuring and supporting WFS Time and Attendance solutions
Hands-on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical support
Strong knowledge of WFS configuration, pay rules, and scheduling
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to document processes and train end-users effectively
Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications

Experience in unionized environments or public sector organizations
Experience in software development and a deep understanding of technology
Experience with WFS Policy Editor, SQL, XML, APIs, middleware, and JavaScript
WorkForce Software Certification (Time and Attendance, Database Schema, Analytics)
WorkForce Academy Training or equivalent experience
A bachelor's degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution
