Responsibilities

Safely handling and organizing paper documents

Scanning documents using designated imaging equipment

Ensuring scan quality and completeness

Indexing documents accurately according to established naming and filing conventions

Tracking progress and daily throughput using a spreadsheet or similar tracking tool

Maintaining document integrity and following all applicable controls for regulated and sensitive materials

Participates in assessments to find and improve performance gaps

Supports procedure development, revision and review

Participates in root cause investigations related to corrective action and human performance errors

Implements tracking and evaluating indicators

Educates colleagues on performance improvement initiatives

Facilitates screening of corrective actions

Assists with the planning and implementation of self-assessments

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate proper implementation and effectiveness of programs and maintains industry and site performance indicators

Prepares status reports to support improvement initiatives

Ensures operating experience is screened and evaluated and corrective actions taken to address opportunities identified

Provides technical direction to less experienced performance coordinators

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
