Linden Entertainment is seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Co-Founder at a fast-paced management company representing A-list actors, entrepreneurs, and crossover talent. The role requires exceptional organization and communication skills while juggling multiple priorities and anticipating the needs of clients and managers.

Responsibilities

Manage heavy and complex calendar scheduling, often across multiple time zones

Track submissions and maintain internal materials, databases, and client records

Prepare decks, grids, client confirmations, and presentation materials

Conduct industry, market, and talent research as needed

Write script coverage and engage proactively with creative material

Serve as a professional point of contact with agents, studios, networks, brands, and strategic partners

Handle additional administrative, operational, and special projects as assigned

Required

Minimum 1+ year(s) of Assistant experience in an agency, studio, and/or talent management setting is required

Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities

Attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving skills are a must

Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality

Ability to confidently communicate and interact with employees and clients at all levels

Adept at quickly learning new processes and a familiarity with existing systems

Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite

BA/BS from an accredited University or College
