The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of the complex, ensuring they are clean, attractive, and well-kept, including tasks such as watering plants, cleaning common areas, and performing routine maintenance on amenities.

Responsibilities

Patrol the property each morning to remove litter

Clean entryways, stairwells, sidewalks, and parking areas using a backpack blower

Clear leaves, debris, and cobwebs from building corners and recesses

Maintain dumpster areas and remove trash as needed

Perform daily watering of landscaping during summer months and assist with general outdoor upkeep

Assist with exterior painting, repairs, and touch-ups to maintain curb appeal and property condition

Perform routine maintenance on the pool, Jacuzzi, and spa areas to ensure cleanliness and safety

Support turnover tasks including interior cleaning and painting of apartments to prepare units for new residents

Required

Ability to perform grounds maintenance including litter removal, cleaning entryways, stairwells, sidewalks, and parking areas

Experience in landscaping and performing daily watering of landscaping

Skills in exterior upkeep including painting, repairs, and touch-ups

Knowledge of pool and spa maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety

Ability to support apartment turnover tasks including interior cleaning and painting
