The Center Based Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting clinic operations, assisting office visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within the team to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Assisting office visitors

Handle phone calls and emails

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Cover required breaks for field partners when needed

Support with maintaining and updating schedules

Verify assigned parent/guardian for all drop-offs and pick-ups

Maintain Emergency Contact information for CBS client(s)

Ensure all partners follow CBS policies

Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems

Complete daily closing tasks

Replenish office supplies

Hardware Tracking and Enrollment

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Required

Minimum high school diploma / GED

Office experience – with 1+ years in an administrative position

Computer savvy with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Self-motivated, responsible, honest, and articulate

Excellent organizational, communications and time management skills

Customer service focus – with a professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure

Ability to politely interact with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds

Preferred

Spanish Bilingual

Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities and/or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
