Responsibilities
Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance errors
Respond to program error messages by identifying and correcting issues or terminating programs
Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new programs
Perform inventory management, cycle audits, and compliance activities
Execute shipping/receiving processes and manage destruction of data-bearing devices per documented procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment or related field
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Previous experience working in a data center environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume work activity
