Responsibilities

Operate REX bench and execute test procedures for ATP and DVT

Develop new test cases and troubleshoot existing hardware controls

Evaluate Hardware performance

Create analysis tools primarily in MATLAB and C

Generate documentation of I&T processes and procedures

Troubleshooting hardware failures

Effective communication with team leadership and multi-disciplinary teams

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate internally and external team members

Ability to communicate test failures and support troubleshooting effort

Interface with hardware and systems engineers in support of troubleshooting and verification

Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 8 years of engineering experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields OR a Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 6 years of engineering experience OR a PhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 4 years of engineering experience

Experience with RF Hardware and test equipment

Knowledge and experience with systems hardware

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware integration issues

Familiarity with executing MATLAB scripts

Troubleshooting system hardware and software configurations

Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance is required

Ability to work full-time onsite in Baltimore, MD
