The individual will provide program management and strategic planning support, assist with multi-level CONOPS development, and evaluate new algorithms and analytic techniques for the Office of Special Programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with analysts to determine new alerting thread concepts, establishes parameters and target lists for alert processing, and monitors performance

Engages with analysts to modify existing alerting threads, respond to questions, and research and explain unexpected alert results

Consolidates analyst feedback and provides feedback to government leadership to forward to mission partners

Participates in developer scrums and planning sessions to provide user perspectives, monitor progress, and help establish and clarify future work

Provide program management and technical assistance to the OSP Mission Development Division (AYZ)

Support Government personnel with analysis, technical consultation, facilitation, and briefings

Coordinate schedules, develop agendas, and facilitate meetings

Participate in design meetings and provide independent reviews

Prepare, maintain, and present research and development materials to non-technical audiences

Prepare, maintain, and present reports, and briefings with the use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and draft, edit, and proofread documents for publishing
