Qualification
Required
Essential litigation support to a team of attorneys
Working on both state and federal court matters
Gaining hands-on experience across all stages of case management
Drafting, filing, and serving legal documents
Scheduling court appearances and depositions
Coordinating with court reporters
Preparing hearing binders
Maintaining client and case files
Supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process
Calendaring deadlines
Conducting legal research and data analysis as needed
Addressing client inquiries
