Law Practice
Responsibilities
Drive the smooth, efficient, and scalable operation of the law firm
Understand employee engagement and build KPI’s and operational dashboards
Make data-driven decisions and take ownership of the role
Partner with the Firm Owner to oversee operations excluding the practice of law
Engage in strategic planning, financial goal setting, and system design
Develop policies and procedures and lead major HR functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and cultural initiatives
Qualification
Required
High-caliber Director of Operations
Understanding of employee engagement
Experience in building KPI's and operational dashboards
