Responsibilities
Work in our cookie cupboard(s), associate with volunteers and staff and maintain paperwork and update electronic ordering system
Oversee and coordinate cookie cupboards at designated site(s)
Be trained to use our point of sales system to process orders
Keep an inventory of cookies and complete the necessary paperwork
Submit cupboard cookie restock orders to appropriate team members as needed
Communicate regularly with volunteers and employees from all teams
Contribute to the betterment of the Girl Scout movement and the cookie program

Qualification
Required
Availability on the specified days: Monday - Wednesday, Friday 10AM - 5PM, Thursday 10AM - 6PM, Saturday 9AM - 2PM
Ability to interact with volunteers and Girl Scouts
Flexibility to travel throughout the GSGCNWI council geography
Ability to use a personal vehicle for travel with mileage reimbursement
Ability to maintain paperwork and update electronic ordering system
Ability to oversee and coordinate cookie cupboards at designated site(s)
Ability to keep an inventory of cookies and complete necessary paperwork
Ability to communicate regularly with volunteers and employees from all teams
