Manage matters through all phases of commercial litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Work collaboratively within a team-based litigation practice
Qualification
Required
2+ years of commercial or complex litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Active Texas Bar admission required
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
