Responsibilities
Own cost and schedule performance analysis across active projects
Translate raw data into clear monthly and annual PMO reports used by leadership
Track and analyze trends, variances, and forecast deviations against approved plans
Serve as the PMO focal point for Project, Planning, and Contract Authorizations within ICMS
Maintain capital milestones, crosswalks, and delivery datasets that drive on-time execution
Update Stage of Good Repair (SGR) scores and ensure data integrity across systems
Track bid activity, contract awards, and authorization status using ICMS and SharePoint
Coordinate across multiple project teams while managing competing priorities without loss of accuracy
Ensure PMO reporting is complete, consistent, auditable, and decision-ready
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, economics, business administration, or a technical discipline
or PMP with a technical degree
1–3 years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, PMO analytics, or delivery support
Strong working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, performance reporting, and variance analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Experience with Primavera P6
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to obtain SWAC ID and security clearances immediately
Preferred
Experience supporting public-sector or large capital programs
Familiarity with Port Authority systems (ICMS, internal reporting platforms)
Background in capital planning, forecasting, or risk management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
