Responsibilities
Set-up Equipment & Measuring Devices
Enter Data in information Systems
Load/Unload & Operate Machine
Use Tooling for assigned equipment
Use appropriate Materials (RM, SA, FG) and maintain traceability
Basic Troubleshooting
Follow specifications and record P&P data
Identify non-conforming material
Track production through shift (VDM)
Achieve standards & Doc Issues
Cross train on other equipment
Maintain a cleaning working environment & Line clearances
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
May require 0-1 year of general work experience
General knowledge of mechanical functions
Able to detect defects at 12" distance
Able to Lift 50 Pounds
Able to read/understand WI
Use of Basic Measuring equipment
Basic computer skills (entry & navigation)
Attention to details
Basic Understanding of concepts (What)
Basic troubleshooting & escalation as needed
Awareness of Lean/NBS
Identification of safety/environmental issues
